snow map 2017 This map to the right shows the amazing amount of snowfall we have been receiving so far this winter.  Thanks, in part, to the Pineapple Express weather pattern that has been hitting California.  Our area alone has received about 5 feet in just 8 days.  Not only did we get significant snow, but we also had a good bit of rain in mid-Dec and again in early January that made the snow that much heavier.  With the accumulation of this magnitude we have been working hard on getting roofs & decks free of the excessive weight.

If we are your winter or year-round caretaker and you would like us to take a picture of your place; we can send it to you via text or email.  Let us know if you’re interested in having it shoveled out.  If we are not hired as your caretaker for the winter, don’t hesitate to call or text.  We’ve got a small crew together for snow removal, and we can get you on the list with other folks hoping to get this taken care of.  The weather the past week or so has had clear skies with the normal, frigid temps (lows around -20*F valley wide) that keeps the snow we did receive, from melting.

Please feel free to contact us via email, phone, or text.  And thanks for reading our first blog post – more to come!!
